Mental Powers

The abilities listed here have to do with mental powers. People whose powers are listed here have the ability to read the thoughts and emotions of others, sense the presence of life, or alter other people's actions. Immunity to these same powers is also a possible option in this category.
 All powers cost one point of B-M-S per use.
