The wielder of this power is able to affect the very structure of time itself
for his own benefit. At standard intensity, the wielder can perform three rounds
of nonviolent actions in the passing of just one second. From the wielder's
point of view, it will seem as if time has stopped for three minutes, while to
an outside observer, it will seem as if the wielder vanished from sight for the
one second. Any attempts at violent actions terminate the power prematurely.
- Intensity 1: Two rounds of action are compressed into one second of time.
- Intensity 2: Three rounds of action are compressed into one second of time.
- Intensity 3: Five rounds of action are compressed into one second of time.
- Intensity 4: Seven rounds of action are compressed into one second of time.
