The wielder of this power can summon a small, controlled fire that remains
contained within a 5 foot radius. While the power is in effect, the fire will
not spread beyond the 5' boundary. Once the power is concluded, the fire will
continue to exist if there are sufficient fuels present, otherwise it will
sputter and become extinguished within two rounds. The range for casting is 5//
at the standard intensity and lasts for 4 rounds per intensity.
- Intensity 1: The casting range is 3//. It can inflict 1d4 damage to a target.
- Intensity 2: The casting range is 5//. It can inflict 1d8 damage to a target.
- Intensity 3: The casting range is 10//. Fire is 10' wide and self-contained. It can inflict 3d4 to a target.
- Intensity 4: Casting range is 10//. Same as Intensity 3 except that the user can choose to have flames jet forth from fingertips (as a weapon). The weapon inflicts 2d8 damage upon the victim. The fire generated with this option is obviously not self contained.
