The wielder of this power is able to breath in water as if it were air and to
swim as if fully proficient. If this swimming skill is already possessed by the
wielder, then a +2 bonus is added to all swimming rolls. Note that the liquid in
question must be water, not acid, gasoline, or diesel fuel. However, it matters
not whether the water is fresh or saline.
- Intensity 1: The power lasts for two turns
- Intensity 2: The power lasts for one hour.
- Intensity 3: The power lasts for two hours.
- Intensity 4: The power lasts for four hours.
