The wielder of this power can summon a small whirlwind to the wielder's bidding.
The whirlwind hits on the same Batch as the summoner, and its movement speed
drops whenever it loses hit points (i.e. movement// = current HP.)
In dire circumstances, the Whirlwind can function as a fresh air generator,
bringing into being enough oxygen to keep three man-sized creatures alive per
intensity of the Whirlwind. The whirlwind lasts for 1d4 rounds per intensity.
- Intensity 1: Whirlwind properties: AC7, HP 12, 1d4 damage, 12// flight MC-A.
- Intensity 2: Whirlwind properties: AC5, HP 18, 2d4 damage, 18// flight MC-A.
