Special Powers

The powers described in this section are abilities almost never found in any sentient race. The special powers are very potent abilities; some would argue too powerful for any mortal to wield responsibly. But still, these powers crop up from time to time. For those so blessed (or cursed) with any these abilities, there is usually much responsibility in the using of these gifts.  All powers cost one point of B-M-S per use.
